
2019 in review

More of everything has been the theme for 2019: more data, more features, and more container volume.
With our tracking service, you get more than just location information. You get a complete picture of what's going on with your ocean cargo to better manage your supply chain.
This year, we added additional data points to your container tracking dashboard and APIs, so you can get better insight into the status of your cargo with more information about the state, location, and timeline for shipments.
We also launched a number of new features, including:
- the ability to add scheduled events for things like the planned discharge time, planned pickup, and the last free day
- automatic container uploads via email that streamline the process of adding containers and custom tags to your dashboard
- tools to make it easier to coordinate your shipments and collaborate with your team
In addition, our integration with Salesforce enabled more teams to make better use of their shipment data. For Sentury Tire, it was important for their sales team to have direct access to real-time updates on shipment status in Salesforce so they could provide better service to their customers, freeing the logistics team to focus on managing logistics and distribution.
