If you already receive an email from your supply chain partner with your containers, all you need to do forward it to firstname.lastname@example.org and the containers will automatically be added to your dashboard for tracking.
Even better, if you include a CSV file, you can upload other data as searchable tags. You'll need to do a one-time setup for your CSV file to enable this. Here's how:
On the Integration page (under My account), click the configure button in the email integrations section. You will be walked through a series of steps to identify the columns in your file for container numbers and shipping lines, and can select the columns that you would like to add tags.
Once you've finished configuring your CSV file, email it to email@example.com. Your container data will all be automatically uploaded to your dashboard.
The configuration settings for your file are visible to all users within your organization, but can only be changed by account owners.
