Container tracking service, with a focus on service

In the last few months we’ve tracked more than 4,000 port calls and 15,000 containers, and processed more than 3.8 million discrete data events. You simply can't do this without a sophisticated system to manage the data. But you also can't do this with technology alone. You still need people.
That’s why we’re not just a software company. We’re a service company. Yes, we have a great platform that allows you to easily find, plan for, and manage your cargo, but we also provide great service from our operations staff behind the scenes.
Our staff is there to resolve issues when search results come up with mixed information that only a person can best sort out. If you've ever received a message about your container needing a little bit of extra help and saved that container to your watchlist, you'll know what I'm talking about.
When a container isn’t initially found, or when more than one terminal is reporting that they have a container, our staff tracks down the right information. If you save the container to your watchlist, we’ll notify you as soon as we have an update. Depending on the plan you’re on, that resolution can be as fast as a few minutes.
So stop searching and start planning today.
