Delivering real-time container visibility data

Container tracking

Trying to figure out what's happening with your shipments is more complicated than it should be. At the very least, you probably have to manually compile emails from suppliers, data from ERP systems, and information from different terminal and shipping line websites all in a spreadsheet. And even then, you're probably still missing some information you need to plan for the arrival of your shipments.

The lack of visibility into what's happing with your shipments has real costs. If you can't rely on an ETA for your cargo at the terminal, it's difficult to plan product launches. If you don't know in advance that a container has a hold, it could get held up at the terminal once it arrives, leading to demurrage and other fees.

A better way of doing all this would start with a complete picture of what's happening with your containers. And that includes things like real-time updates, access to data like vessel ETA, holds, last free day, discharge, availability, and appointments, and alerts when containers reach key milestones or have potential problems

Here's how we've made it easy to get the information you need about your shipments.
