
Managing your account

Your notification preferences, regional settings, and billing information are all available in the “My account” section of the dashboard. This is also where you can add users to your account, manage your plan, and update your billing information.
If you have questions, check the help center or click the help button on the dashboard to send a message to our support team. Our operations team is here to answer any questions about your account. They're also the ones behind the scenes sorting out any missing or conflicting data about your shipments, so you’ll always have the most updated information about all of your containers in one place.
