Staying up to date on container details

Wouldn’t it be great to wake up in the morning feeling ready to take on the world, not wondering where your cargo is? That's why we provide real-time notifications about container status changes to all registered users.
Instead of having to go to multiple sources trying to track down changes, or wondering whether the hold has cleared on your container, you can be assured that we’ll notify you about the changes you need to know so you can better plan for your container arrivals and delivery.
When you sign up for an account, you’ll receive the following notifications:
- Containers watchlist additions - when a container is added to your watchlist, you'll receive the vessel name, port, and availability details.
- Container status updates - status changes including updated transiting terminals, container holds, appointment times, and availability updates for all containers will be immediately sent so you know you’ll always have the most current information.
- Daily watchlist report - every morning you'll receive a summary of the containers that need attention and are either due to arrive shortly, have holds, or are approaching their last free day for pickup.
- Shared container status - one of the features of Crux Systems is the ability to share container information with your team. Recipients will receive the container number, terminal information, status of the container, and the last free day for pickup.
If you’d rather not receive notifications, you can turn them off in your account.
These notifications are just one tool to keep you updated about your cargo movements. Used in conjunction with your dashboard, you’ll have all the information you need in the palm of your hand to plan and manage all of your containers.
