At the bottom of each column on your dashboard, there are a number of tools that you can use to manage your shipments. Select one container (or several), click the icon at the bottom of your screen, and take action.

Here's what you can do:

• Favorite a container to easily find it later.
• Add notes that are only visible to you.
• Add searchable tags that are visible to everyone in your organization.
• Set container alarms to get notified about key milestones.
• Share container information with your team.
• Download container information.

For example, to share your container information, select your containers, click the share icon, and send and email with your container data to anyone who needs it.
